This is produced by a collective of growers in the Marcala Region of Honduras.

After post-harvest processing, the coffees are decaffeinated through the Mountain Water Process. The coffee is sent to Mexico after it is pulped and dried to be decaffeinated using pure water from Pico de Orizaba in Mexico. This allows the caffeine to be removed without any chemicals, so there are no harmful chemicals making their way to your brew.
