ROASTING
How often do you roast?
We currently roast every Friday, with order cutoffs at Friday 8pm PT.
How long should I let my coffee rest before brewing?
Coffees require some time to rest and de-gas after roasting before brewing. The amount of rest varies by coffee and roast level, but the general guidance is as follows:
For our Nova Series: we recommend at least 2-3 weeks rest from the roast date before brewing
For our Citrus-forward line: we recommend at least 2 weeks rest from roast date
For our Cocoa-forward line: we recommend at least 1 week of rest from roast date
ORDERS
How do I pick up my order locally?
You can pick up your order locally from our booth at the Cupertino Farmers’ Market on Sunday of the roast weekend. The address is:

Do you ship?
Yes! We can ship with USPS or UPS within the United States. Shipping is $5.99 for orders below $35, and FREE shipping for orders over $35.
When can I expect my order?
We aim to give you the freshest coffee possible, so we aim to deliver your order as soon as we can!
LOCAL PICK-UP:
Pick up your order on Sunday of the roast weekend at the Cupertino Farmers’ Market. Please email us directly at info@moonwakecoffeeroasters.com to coordinate any special pickup.
SHIPPING:
We ship orders on Mondays. Orders (including subscriptions) are roasted and shipped based on when the order was placed (or billed).
Tracking information will be emailed when your order is shipped (sometimes you might get an early email if your label was created, but we ship on Mondays!)

Where is your shop located?
We’re currently designing our new home in West San Jose! We’ll share updates in our email newsletter and Instagram. In the meantime, you can catch us at the Cupertino Farmers’ Market on Sundays 9am-1pm, or one of our pop-ups.
